1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PlayGamesLab ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. PlayGamesLab reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. PlayGamesLab reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.
3. Free & Premium Access
Free users get 30 minutes of gameplay per day. Premium subscribers get unlimited access to all games. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. PlayGamesLab reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Game Content
All games on PlayGamesLab are either owned by us, licensed to us, or embedded with permission from third-party publishers. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content. Games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
5. Advertising
PlayGamesLab displays advertisements to free users. These ads are served by third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. By using our platform, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services; use automated tools to access our platform; create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits; share premium account credentials with non-subscribers.
7. Intellectual Property
The PlayGamesLab name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Game content belongs to respective game developers and publishers. User-generated content, if any, remains the property of the user but grants PlayGamesLab a license to display it.
8. Limitation of Liability
PlayGamesLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration before pursuing litigation.
